Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation through the website will no longer be possible.

Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are available only for selected products. The eligibility and conditions for returns are mentioned on the respective product pages. For most items, the standard return window is 3 days from the date of delivery.

If a pickup service is not available at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product to our office address.

Return or exchange requests may be subject to applicable charges, depending on the case.

Important Return Guidelines

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition for hygiene purposes.

• Items must be returned with original packaging and tags intact. Products without original tags will not be accepted.

• Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Any return or exchange request raised after the allowed return period (as mentioned on the product page) will not be accepted.
